Our rooms are furnished and decorated to the highest standard. The beds with soft mattresses are made with crisp white cotton bedding including duvets, which will make you sleep like a baby. All our rooms keep you cool with either fans or an aircon that is so silent, it works essentially unnoticeable and doesn’t disturb your sleep.

- Check-in time is 12pm IST and check-out time is before 11am IST. Earlier check-in or later check-out times may be requested although we may not always be able to accommodate. Approval will depend on availability and on how busy we are. In any case, if you need to leave late or arrive early, you’re always welcome to leave your luggage with us.
- Is it really you? A valid photo ID is required upon check-in
- All requests to reserve a room must include the first and last name of the adult occupying the room and a valid credit card for a guarantee of arrival.
- Our room rates are always awesome, and they are subject to change.
- Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and security deposit pre-authorisation for the room has been received and approved.
- Group trips are fun! When booking, keep maximum occupancy rules in mind. Additional guests must be confirmed with management or a fine will be charged to the guest for any violation.
- Must allow inspection of room before checking-out, we reserve the right to make charges for any violations of our property rules, damages to the room, or breakages found before the room is occupied again.
- Though the premises are under CCTV surveillance, one must take care of their own belongings and The property owner is not responsible for any damage or loss.
- Always ask for the payment receipt copy signed by the manager after making payments.
- Children below 13 years old stay for free, above are charged the same price as an adult.
- To confirm your booking we need to receive 50% of the total amount.
- Full refund minus cancellation of night: You will receive 100% of the deposit if you cancel before 30 days prior to arrival date.
- Partial refund: You will get refund of 50% of the deposit if you cancel before 15 days pre-arrival.
- The deposit is non-refundable from 15 days prior to the arrival date.
- Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a no show and no refund will be given.
- There will be no refunds for early departures, medical emergencies, for breakdowns of air conditioner, appliances, etc, if said breakdown is due to weather or other conditions over which the owner has no control.
