Rooms we offer
Our rooms are furnished and decorated with authentic touches that wink at our Portuguese heritage. The beds have soft mattresses and pillows to ensure a good’s night sleep after a day of lounging at the beach or exploring all that Goa has to offer. All our rooms keep you cool with either fans or a super silent airconditioner.
You will be able to start the day and recharge your batteries with your choice of complimentary breakfast, including tea or coffee, a juice, and more according to the breakfast option you have selected.
The resort has rooms on the ground floor and two levels above, which is reachable via stairs, there is no lift.
We offer two room types:
Standard – ground floor and first floor (click for more information)

All rooms have
Study table with chair, cupboard with safe, hangers, mirror, a kettle, sugar/tea/milk/coffee, 1 bottle of water, 2 glasses, 2 cups, spoon, mini bar fridge, AC, all rooms have ceiling fans modern bathroom (washbasin, shower, toilet in both bathrooms), hot shower 24 hours, toiletries, towels, king bed, extra mattresses can be provided, balcony, chairs and coffee table.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony, not indoors.
WiFi is available throughout the property including the rooms.
