Our signature dishes are made from recipes that have been passed down by generations. Our heirloom dishes are vindaloo, Balchão prawns, Xacuti, recheado, sorpotel pork curry, cafreal, and cabidela. Make the Goan experience complete with a glass of Feni, the famous cashew fruit liquor from Goa you must try. You can enjoy Feni as is or make your own desi cocktail.
While Goa is famous for its seafood delicacies, some of its desserts too are worth a try. Bebinca, a cake with a minimum of seven layers of sweet coconut deliciousness or toffee-sweet dodol are a perfect way to end a wholesome meal.
